Health and Wellness
Hewitt offers a variety of health care plans and coverage options to fit your needs and your budget. Many benefits are company-paid or the cost is subsidized with Wellness Credits. For others, we share in the cost or offer a group discount.
When you join Hewitt, you and your eligible family members get coverage right away under the following health plans and programs:
- Medical—Hewitt’s Medical Plan provides a range of choices, including a High Deductible Medical Plan with a Health Savings Account option and other traditional plans. All options include prescription drug coverage.
- Dental—The Dental Plan pays all or a portion of eligible expenses for a wide range of preventive, diagnostic, and restorative services. Associates have the flexibility to see the dentist of their choice.
- Vision—The Vision Plan provides coverage for exams, lenses, frames, and contact lens expenses.
- Health Care Flexible Spending Account—This plan enables associates to set aside money to pay for eligible health-related expenses not covered by medical, dental, or vision plans.
- Wellness Credits—Hewitt subsidizes the cost of medical and dental costs and provides wellness credits based on completion of a confidential Health Risk Questionnaire (HRQ).
- On-Site Wellness Center—Hewitt has a confidential on-site health clinic and pharmacy at our Lincolnshire, Illinois and The Woodlands, Texas locations.
