• Aon Time for Aon Concerns—Aon Hewitt provides up to two days of paid time off each year so associates can volunteer time to help eligible human services or educational causes.
• Aon Foundation—The Aon Foundation accepts contributions from associates and distributes them to organizations nominated by associates.
• Matching Gift Plan—Aon matches an associate’s contribution, up to $500 per year, to a college or secondary school of the associate’s choice.
