Business Resource Groups
Hewitt sponsors Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to bring together associates with similar backgrounds and interests for educational, social, and networking events. Recent events include forums with Professor Rajmohan Gandhi and CNN political analyst Roland S. Martin.

University Affiliations
Hewitt actively recruits and participates in career fairs and interviews, workshops, and advisory boards at a number of historically black colleges and universities, as well as Hispanic-serving institutions.
